GUIDELINES ON CAMPUS ENTRANCE FOR PARENTS AND GUESTS:
- Strict implementation of the NO ENTRY POLICY FOR PARENTS AND OUTSIDERS will be observed effective immediately. The school has a responsibility to see to it that all students, teachers or stakeholders is exposed to any threat, verbal/physical attack or maltreatment from any outsider. The school will also ensure that the only people in school are those that are really supposed to be inside to avoid disorder and whatever untoward incident that may happen due to having too much people, whether familiar or unfamiliar, inside the campus.
- Drop off point is OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL GATE. Fetchers who wait for their ward will stay OUTSIDE the school gate by the fetcher’s or waiting area.
- All students are to be left to fend for themselves in school. They must enter school by themselves for them to learn to socialize and do things without any help. No helper, bodyguard, shadow teacher, any relative, etc. is allowed to enter to take care of their child. Let the teachers do their duty of taking care of their students.
- Allowed reasons for entry are only for the following: buying food from the canteen (for take out only), seeing the office for an appointment, using the outside CR, and when there are school-wide programs and activities. People entering will be asked to surrender an ID and log in and out in exchange for a visitor’s pass, which is to be surrendered upon exit.
- Extreme and sensitive cases, such as SPED students, traumatized children, and other psychologically-related cases may be considered to have an inconspicuous companion upon discretion of the administration and upon recommendation of the teachers and must be supported by medical and psycho-educational results.
- Cooked food and other baon will be left at the guard area. These must be labeled with students’ names, grade and section. Students will get their food themselves during break times, and no parent, guard or teacher will bring it to their classrooms.
- Students with heavy bags who go up the higher floors will be helped by the teachers and staff of the school, so parents and fetchers do not need to enter and bring the bags of their ward.

GUIDELINES FOR PLASTIC WASTE MANAGEMENT AND HEALTHY FOOD CAMPAIGN IN SCHOOL:
- Please be informed that starting August 1, 2019, all students will be REQUIRED to bring their own eating utensils, such as plates, water container, spoons and forks (not plastic). They will also be asked to bring water, since mineral water bottles will no longer be sold in the canteens. If they wish to avail of water, they can go to the canteen to pay for water from a dispenser. They must have a water container with them. The equivalent amount of the water to be sold is the same as that contained in a mineral water bottle.
- In line with this, one time use plastics will not be allowed to be brought and disposed inside the school, such as mineral water bottles, plastic food wrappers/foils, plastic bags, styrofoam containers and plastic cups. Students will bring home their plastic trash and no plastic waste is allowed to be left in school. This is in support with the DepEd’s drive to promote awareness among students ecological waste management, as stated in DepEd memorandum 84, series 2019. One way to support this campaign is to bring food placed in paper-based containers to school, that can be disposed at designated trash cans located around the school.
- For those who will buy from the canteen, they will be provided utensils and will be asked for a deposit of Php 10 for a spoon and a fork (Php 5 each), to be refunded back upon return. Mineral water in plastic bottles are not sold anymore, but water is still sold in the canteen in paper cups, equivalent to the same contents of one mineral water bottle.
- The school does not allow sugary drinks and junk foods to school. The school asks for the parents to help the school in teaching their children eating of fruits and vegetables at home. If it’s possible, give healthy “baon” and snacks to your kids, or they may proceed to the canteen where they can buy their daily healthy food.
- Birthday celebrations do not allow cakes, cupcakes, donuts, ice cream, french fries, softdrinks, iced teas, juices, and streetfoods. We do allow pizzas, pastas, burgers, chicken, barbeques, natural buko juice and water to be served, but only during these special occasions. Cakes may be brought inside, however, for candle blowing and picture taking purposes only, and will not be eaten here in school.
