To further ensure the accuracy of grades being given by the school to your children, card-giving day will be postponed to give all teachers the chance to double check and finalize all the grades once the ECQ is lifted.  It is now rescheduled on May 9, 2020.  Online summer classes, on the other hand, will still begin on April 20, 2020 as scheduled below.  Online enrollment is still ongoing.  Please bear with us and let&#8217;s pray for health and healing for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A. CARD-GIVING DAY (ALL LEVELS IN MAIN CAMPUS):<\/strong> (POSTPONED FOR MAY 9, 2020 ALL LEVELS)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case it will be allowed, card-giving day for the different levels will have the following schedules below.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>April 15, 2020, Wednesday<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8-11 am: SPED department<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>April 16, 2020, Thursday: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8-11 am: PS, Grade 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-4 pm: Grades 2, 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> April 17, 2020, Friday: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8-11 am: Grades 4, 5, 6 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-4 pm: Grades 7, 8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> April 18, 2020, Saturday: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8-11 am: Grades 9, 11<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-4 pm: Grades &nbsp;10, 12<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please leave your kids at home.  Only one parent will get the card.  Schedule of card-giving will be strictly observed.  Wear mask, cough away from people, sanitize and practice social distancing.  Parents are asked to get the cards themselves, not the students.  Keep the cards as these will now be used to enroll for next school year as prescribed by DepEd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case it is not possible to physically get the cards of your child\/ren due to the quarantine, the following online card-giving procedure will be observed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The online card-giving schedule will be open for all levels during May 9 only, 8 to 11 am and 1 to 4 pm, according to the schedules above.\u00a0 <\/li><li>Online appointments with the teacher may be set for students who need to be given more attention via text, Viber or Messenger.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B. ONLINE ENROLLMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To help appease your worries and to make it more safe and convenient for you, we have set up an online enrollment procedure for you to be able to transact with the office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Online enrollment is currently ongoing and they may reserve their child\/ren&#8217;s slot\/s already for next school year.  Discounts still apply to early enrollees.  <\/li><li>Parents may call the landline 75089327 for discounts, assessment and to know what other documents are needed for enrollment.&nbsp; Look for Miss Len or Sir John as they are the skeletal workforce of the school right now.<\/li><li>Payment of tuition fees may be done via bank transfer or online transactions.&nbsp; The school\u2019s bank account may be given upon request once enrollment is ready to be transacted.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Those who can go to school and personally enroll may do so provided that they wear mask, practice social distancing, cough away and sanitize.<\/li><li>Early enrollment discount extended until May 30, 2020 since the quarantine is also extended!  Hurry!<\/li><li>Parents need to take a picture of deposit slip or screen shot of online payment transaction and forward it to Sir Raiceph Gaurano\u2019s Messenger account for recording purposes.\u00a0 Receipts can be requested once the quarantine is over.<\/li><li>Books and supplies will be given on the first day of school.\u00a0 Uniforms can be pre-ordered for the tailors and sewers to start production already and avoid delays.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All enrolment will be via online payments as much as possible.  As the pandemic does not cease to spread, we encourage everyone to pay via online banking or bank deposits.  However, if it is really more convenient, you may drop by the school, just wear masks, observe social distancing and sanitize.  Discounts are still given until May 30, 2020 so hurry and get your slots before they get filled up! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For new students, you may take a picture of your deposit slips before the entrance exams are given to you online.  Thank and stay home to be healthy!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C. ONLINE SUMMER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since we are in quarantine, we will make the most of the time and offer online summer classes to those who still have incomplete grades.  Now learning from home may prove to be a very comfortable setup!  Take advantage of this as this is only applicable during quarantine period. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Offered for all levels, completion and enrichment, except Arts, Music and Sports offerings.<\/li><li>Teachers will contact their students and their parents of the need for their child\/ren to enroll for summer to avoid any delays in the completion of their grades.&nbsp; Teachers may get the contact details from the office or search for them online.<\/li><li>Same procedure as in online enrollment above.<\/li><li>Those who will take online summer classes will have a discount of 1k from the total summer fee!<\/li><li>Learning from home is easy!&nbsp; Just follow the online home course and before you know it, you\u2019re done and ready for another school year!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D. VIRTUAL CLASSROOM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All students will need to have stable and secure access to the internet and a computer, laptop or tablet.&nbsp; All households are told already to have these available. <\/li><li>All students will have to learn how to access online learning platforms such as Edmodo or Google classroom.&nbsp; These will be the common platforms that teachers will be using.<\/li><li>All students will need two gadgets for online classes.&nbsp; For example, one with a camera facing them and another one, such as a laptop or tablet, for following the discussion of the lesson.<\/li><li>For videoconference discussions, students and teachers may connect via Skype, Messenger, Google Hangouts, etc. <\/li><li>All learning materials will be uploaded by the teachers for the students to access.&nbsp; These may include slides, document notes, videos, etc.<\/li><li>Students must enter the online classrooms at designated scheduled times as if they are still physically in school.&nbsp; For example, if their official school time is 8 am to 3 pm, then they should be online and join the virtual classroom.<\/li><li>For administration of exams, they need to enter the online learning platform chosen by the teacher, such as Edmodo or Google Classroom.&nbsp; <\/li><li>One camera should be focused on the student from head to foot, with the hands, face and surroundings of the student visible.<\/li><li>Find a corner in the house and make sure that no distractions are present.<\/li><li>Tests are strictly to be co-monitored by parents and teachers.&nbsp; Parents\u2019 cooperation in this regard is essential for safeguarding against cheating, coaching and unfair advantage that this setup might bring.&nbsp; <\/li><li>Cybercheating must be strictly guarded by both parents and teachers.<\/li><li>All exams are time pressured.&nbsp; Exams may be done via multiple choice questions or may be written on paper for practical exams.<\/li><li>For the younger students, parents are enjoined to help and assist their child\/ren so that he\/she\/they can participate in the online classes.&nbsp; The teachers will be watching over to see what the children need to do further or improve on.<\/li><li>A deep sense of cooperation and understanding is needed for all these to succeed for the benefit of the students. ONLINE COMMUNITY HELP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To all the families here who want to participate, Dr Nicole Perreras is a doctor in RITM. She is requesting if your kids are interested in creating handmade get well cards that they can give out to their patients to somehow uplift their spirits. Each patient will get a get well card as part of their breakfast tray. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since we are far away and cannot go there personally, and to alleviate the kids&#8217; boredom, please email them to covidletters@gmail.com and they will print them instead.  &#8211; thanking you all, from Nurse Ellaine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, let&#8217;s do our share in helping our frontliners.  Health workers, delivery people, security personnel, law enforcers, media people, skeletal forces, and even our teachers who are doing their best to deliver education to you, all need your prayers, donations or assistance in any form.  If you can do an act of kindness during these times, the Lord will surely bless you manifold.  Let&#8217;s continue to give back to our community.
