This Saturday, June 27, 2020, will be our first ever Parents’ Orientation in cyberspace. Due to the current coronavirus situation, we couldn’t have you come over and risk your health and ours too. Nevertheless, we believe in clear communication lines between the home and the school, and management has once more heard your requests for clarification on certain aspects of this school year which will be done via distance learning. The school has always valued your constructive suggestions, and we hope you can make yourselves free so that all your queries can be finally answered on this very important day.
Please wait for the meeting code to be sent to you by the teachers. The teachers will be in touch with you soonest. The video conference calls will start on the dot and we hope you already have your Google Meet apps installed in your phones, tablets or in any of your smart devices. If you don’t have a reliable internet connection yet, at least load up on data.
We will be presenting our plans (under the program called FLEX) for the adjustments and plans of the school on how we can make learning relevant amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Together, we can be sure that education for our children thrives and continues, and it’s all a matter of acceptance that COVID-19 has created massive changes, not just in the new normal of education, but in every landscape of our lives.
