We encourage all students to start eating healthy foods and be more active. We can start by teaching them to get into playing sports and engaging in useful physical activities. Eating healthy, sleeping right, and being active beats obesity, high blood, stress, low-energy, and a sedentary, gadgets-filled lifestyle. Foods to start eating are vegetables and fruits, plus lots of water. The canteens are now selling healthy foods that are not only delicious, but are also affordable. Try out what they are offering. Junk foods and sugary drinks are not seen in school anymore, so we hope you give your children healthy snacks too. Students should get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. Useful activities include simple chores, playing with siblings, helping out in school, walking, deep breathing, exercising, and other forms of physical activities that make them move about. For our children, let’s teach them to be healthy by following a healthy lifestyle as well. Let’s all enjoy feeling and looking good. As they say, health is wealth. Cheers to health, wealth and happiness!
