March 13, 2020, PM
The school would like to inform everyone about the following plans of action for us to finish the school year properly:
- There will still be an examination for students on April 16 and 17, 2020, following the two-day staggered schedule guidelines previously released.
- Recognition, Moving Up, CAT Graduation, Baccalaureate Mass, and Graduation MAY BE SCHEDULED on the following week if conditions improve, unless government proclaims otherwise.
- Teachers are always willing to help out. You may message them via GC’s or online classroom portals which they may have set up already by this time so that you may ask them about your lessons. May we request that all conversations be only about matters relating to the lessons.
- May we also request the parents to help your children out too, as this may be a good time to spend quality time with them, by being more involved in their education.
- The office is open for business transactions. For bank deposits, PM Sir Raiceph for the school’s bank details.
Be updated by dropping in once in a while. Ste. Anne de Beaupré School, Inc. campus systems will make sure that you get our brand of quality education delivered to your fingertips. Keep those fingertips clean though, get off your seats and eat lots of nutritious food Anneans!!! We thank you for your understanding and support once again. Together, and with God’s healing fingertips, we can offset the negative effects of this terrible virus.
March 13, 2020, AM
As per President Duterte’s announcement, the following are the school’s directives for the meantime:
- The update on this website last March 11, 2020 (see below) is tentatively put on hold. All school activities are suspended until April 12, 2020.
- All students are strongly recommended to use the time for something productive, like learning a musical instrument, watching the news, reading classic book novels, enhancing their academic skills, helping with household work, etc. If there are still unfinished school requirements, please use the time to contact your teachers/advisers and submit these requirements online when possible.
- Let’s all wait for further announcements. Stop spreading false news on social media please. Rest assured everything is going to be fine. Stay informed and not misinformed Anneans !
CAMPUS COVID19 UPDATE: March 11, 2020
Due to recent COVID19 news and consistent with DepEd’s statement regarding end of school activities, the school will shorten the conduct of the 4th Quarter Tests from three to two days. See below the dates of 4th Quarter Tests per section. Schedule of end-of-school rites to be released as the coming days unfold. To all Anneans, study well, stay indoors, pray hard, don’t panic, be informed, keep your hands clean, keep your hands away from your face, and be healthy!
- Exams will be strictly done with ALL students expected to practice extreme precaution to be safe, such as wearing of masks, sneezing away from others, and bringing of personal alcohol and/or sanitizers.
- Students are to come not earlier than the exam time and they will also leave the campus as soon as their exams are finished. Please arrange for their transportation to send and pick up your child/ren on time to and from school.
- Students who will take the exams will submit their books and other requirements to their teachers only on these two days. They may donate their books or you may get these only on card-giving day, tentatively set on April 3, 2020, 8 am to 11 am only.
- Graduating and honor students, who finished their exams last week, are supposed to finish remaining requirements at home. Online submissions via emails, online classrooms, online tools, etc. will be done whenever possible. They may submit their books on these exam days and they are to leave the school immediately.
- Those with accounts may transact with the cashier’s office as the office is open this week for the school’s parents. Early payment of due accounts is desired and the school needs your cooperation and responsible positive response regarding this. You may PM Sir Raiceph Gaurano in Messenger and Sir will give you the school’s bank account details to facilitate easy delivery of school payments.
